It looks like the 23rd for several reasons - not the least of which is that
the 16th interferes with NAQP RTTY and CQ VHF and people have indicated an
interest in operating

Shirley,

 

Dick Wilson just informed me that there are a couple of contests on 7/16
that people may want to join --- NAQP RTTY and CQ VHF.  The 23rd doesn't
have the same problem.  Can you check on that date first for me?

Dana,

  That is how it has been for the past 3 years.  After last year some of our
members were upset because we did not meet our projected attendance number
and had to pay for about 10 meals.  

  If we wish to go that way I'll check for availability of the venue,  If we
do this I suggest we get Bob to bring a presentation on the towers to the
meeting and then follow up with a site visit to one of the towers.
