[Mldxcc] LotW off line this morning

I got a message that LoTW is offline this morning when I attempted to 
log in.

I've been waiting to see my SS CW log acknowledged, with no joy so far.  
I know they are behind, but I'm hearing 4 days and I submitted my SS CW 
log within an hour of the end of the contest, and resubmitted on Friday.

The last upload that has been recognized was my CQ WW SSB.
