[Mldxcc] CQWW club name

My log was tossed due to wrong club name.  OK, "tossed" may be a bit
strong, but the club name was rejected.
I had cut-n-pasted the name from the club web site where it says:

Mother Lode DX / Contest Club should be the name used for all club score
submissions.

However, that failed.  Looking at the CQWW club list, the name MUST be
exactly like this:

MOTHER LODE DX/CONTEST CLUB


I know, picky-picky!

Also, anyone know why I need to put my ARRL section in the header for a
CQWW contest?
They noticed I didn't have a LOCATION: line .. but the only locations
available in the Cabrillo selection are ARRL sections ... or "DX".
I sent the log a second time with my correct section and correct club name.
