Good news first. ATT will have optical fiber service fo the foothills in 30 to 60 days. That means I'll get service better than DSL, Optional Direct TV and drop the second phone line. A service operator and a field tech dropped the word to me. 
 
Second good news ST0R will LotW after all the bucks are wrung out of the envelops and PayPals.
