[Mldxcc] Joint Meeting

Just wanted to let everyone know that REDXA is very interested in doing a Joint Meeting in July.  It looks like this is going to happen.  This rules out any MLDXCC/NCCC joint meeting, since I have never had a response from NCCC.

We need to agree on a location, a date in July, and a speaker.  Between the two groups, we should be able to find a premier speaker for this event.  I believe REDXA is open to doing something in the Fairfield/Vacaville area.
