Is the 21 Mhz band as dead as it appears here?? I think I heard V31 on 21.295 or so and CO8LY on 21.098 RTTY for sure. Was trying for D64K who is allegedly on 21.080. Can hear some signal...but not much. Thanks for any observations Dick
