We literally tore down the previous shack this year (the "shack" was
actually an entire unoccupied house).  We then had a new shack built 
which was just a shack (10x12 feet).  Managed to operate CQP with the
field day setup from the barn.  Barely got the shack set up in
time for CW SS.  Then I spent several days putting up 2/3 of the
90 foot vertical for 160 meters and worked PT0S on 160 just 3 hours
before they went QRT.  Just worked ZL9HR last night on 17 for an
all time new one.
