Lots of fun this weekend after KF6T assisted me with the antenna switch repairs
from ARRL RTTY RU weekend. The surprise event of the weekend was 9N1II calling
me during the Saturday afternoon Asia run on 15. Very disappointed about 
conditions
on 40 during both mornings with the "BY7" over-the-horizon radar making things 
very
difficult. Nothing like S6-8 noise constantly in the background in the 7000-7050 
section
of the band. Unfortunately, that's where the Asians are too, so copying on both 
our end
and theirs was very rough and any weak signals were just blotted out entirely. 
At least
15 was hot to Asia which helped somewhat, although I sure missed those 6 point 
QSOs,
which are usually in great abundance. Operating this weekend was a real pleasure 
- no
frequency wars or any interference from the anti-contest crowd. Thanks for the 
Qs and 

the KBs. See y'all in the next contest.
