Today I received a certificate for the 2011 ARRL International DX Contest.  It reads AA6K SINGLE OPERATOR LOW POWER PHONE FIRST PLACE,  As there was no mention of a Section or Division I am obviously the Supreme Being of the low power world (hi, hi).
