Mine too was re-issued. I am now 2011 ARRL INTERNATIONAL DX CONTEST AWARD  
N6AJR SINGLE OPERATOR HIGH POWER PHONE FIRST PLACE EAST BAY.  So I guess it  
pays to turn in a log for every contest, sometimes you get lucky.  Tom
