[Mldxcc] I signed up for Club Log

Thanks John!

Maybe that's the problem. I don't keep a "master log", and I certainly
don't keep any log in ADIF. The vast majority of logs are Cabrillo.

As an experiment, I did upload an old Sweepstakes log because I happened to
have a backup file in ADIF. However, it won't allow me to upload additional
files without wiping out the first one. It didn't ask me if I wanted to
append.
