[Mldxcc] CQP Plaque Sponsorship

Hey everyone,

I totally forgot to mention at our last meeting that I received an email from N3ZZ (dated 2/16/12) asking us if we would be able to sponsor a plaque again this year (2011-2012).  

The cost is $50, an increase over last year.

I'd like recommend that we do this.  Since I'm late in responding, I'd like to do this via email so we can confirm this with NCCC ASAP.
