Greetings,

I'm sure that you have heard the news about KF6T's arrest and upcoming court 
case. For those that may be interested, Jack will be in court this Wednesday and 
next in Roseville (see message below from Jack's wife, Sandy). The attorney has 
requested that Jack's friends show their support for him by attending the bail 
hearing on March 21. Not sure of the time yet - probably around 8:30 or so. 
Don't have to do anything or say anything but just be there. Jack's attorney 
said that the Judge will know who is there to support Jack and just being there 
will help him a great deal. I will be there along with fellow Auburnite, K6DGW.

Have questions? I know very little about this case, but I'll try to answer. Jack 
is holding up OK, although this will no doubt be the fight of his life and he 
needs all the help we can give him right now.

Friends, 

Jack will be arraigned on Wednesday, March 14, but the attorneys will be asking 
for a bail hearing for the following Wednesday, March 21.

The bail hearing might be a better choice for a show of community support.
