OK - here's the latest updated information on next week's hearing from Jack's 
wife. Sandy mentioned casually to me that the case against Jack is starting to 
appear like a shakedown for money from the family involved. She said 
sarcastically that "they" certainly didn't check Jack's financials before filing 
charges against him.

I won't be posting any more information about this on the reflector unless 
something changes with the date/time. If you have any questions, please contact 
me off reflector. You can contact Sandy too if you want. She's having a really 
tough time and likes to hear from anyone with anything positive to say.
