My vote depends on how bad I needed the country. ST0R was an all time new one for the Ham radio world and ND6S. 121,286 q"s  My QSL was logged in LOTW in 80 days.  A close runner up for ND6S is 4W6A. QSL MGR M0URX my Number two nominee. 41363 total Q's. My Lotw was processed in nine (9)  Days!  Great job 
 
I traded emails with N2OO. Bob will wait 6 months before loading LOTW with HK0NA. Even the OQSL/PayPal supporters. 
 
I grumbled at the club meeting about the low QSL rate on LOTW.  I checked my first 100 DX submissions and found 57 q"s confirmed in 2012. My overall rate is nearing 40%.
 
I printed out the New DXCC Fee structure notice. Four full pages including the pdf.
Kind of reminds me of the announcement  of the 1040EZ. 
 
Last shot!  Will the leaders of the electronic communications world ever recognize electronic qsl's before the internet become obsulete?  If DXCC is 75 years old, do we have to use a 75 year old system of mailing paper cards?  Paper is OUT! You couln't gap a spark plug with the Sacramento Bee today. What will happen to DXCC when the USPS closes?  I have nothing against silver fish and N2OO.
