Hi Everyone,

Time for a new-member vote and this one is just in time for CQP.  We have added several new members in the past month and all have pledged to help us out in our effort to once again win the Club Competition.  No score will be too small.  It's the collection of many smaller scores that can make the difference for us.

I think most of you know Bert (K6CSL) who had a nice CQP score last year, Jerry (K6III) the guy who in an iron-man spotter who also had a nice score, and Bob (K7NV), who did a M/M Sierra County effort last year.

We also have some members of he El Dorado County club joining us and all will be active in CQP.

Mel (N6MCM) will be operating with Harry (W6HFM), who is already a member, from Harry's outstanding QTH on Pilot Hill.

Don (KG6YST) will be operating portable from the Youth Expo, in Garden Valley, and will contribute a few points for us while demonstrating amateur radio to the kids.

All were nominated by myself.

Please indicate a yes vote if you are in favor of all of these operators joining the club.  If you wish to vote no, please indicate which operator.  We need this vote completed by 9 AM Saturday morning to quality everyone for CQP's Club Competition.

My vote:  Yes to all!!
