Eric is a member of the Stockton-Delta ARC. I gave them a pitch to join us.  Will he be considered CQP eligible if we do not vote on him until our next meeting?

Good morning...  just checked the Club PO box and found the application,
mailed 24 September, for Eric Chapa, W6INP.  Eric lives in Stockton, and
was nominated by Shirl.  I'll send off an e-mail, advising him that his
app has been received, and will be voted on at the next meeting, 20
October, at Mtn Mike's... noticed that he dated the app 14 August, but
failed to date the signature.  Guess we'll get that at the meeting.
