[Mldxcc] Are you really going to the Visalia DXC Contest Dinner?

This is the first time I have ever had to write this email, which is kind
of cool considering the record response to the sold-out contest dinner this
year!

Every year there are a few people who pay for tickets but simply do not
show up. Rather than waste those seats, I'd like to help out those on the
(rather substantial) waiting list - so, I have two requests.

1. If you know you are not going, please let me know NOW so I can offer
your seat to someone on the waiting list. Please reply to this email.

2. If, at the last minute on Friday, you discover that you will be unable
to make it to the dinner, please let me know by replying to this email or
by texting or calling 209-559-0832.

If you get the message to me in time for me to re-sell your ticket, I will
be able to refund your ticket price.

However, if you simply do not show up Friday night, I will be unable to let
someone who does want to be there go in your stead, and there will be no
refund.
