[Mldxcc] 10 Meter Pre-Fill

I'm building a Pre-Fill file for WriteLog and will do other programs if there is enough interest.

If you worked ARRL 10 last year, can you send me your log in an ADIF file?  I am modifying the NCCC SS Writelog Prefill to fit the ARRL 10 Meter contest but could use last year's logs for DX and Mexican states.

If you would like a version of this for N1MM or something else, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
