[Mldxcc] K6iii - need a little WriteLog help

Any WriteLog users out there?

I am seeing a little problem with my WL (10.56c) since I have reinstalled
it on new laptop.

Played in the ARRL DX contest this weekend and sent in the log as usual.  I
observed in WL when I filled in the Cabrillo form that the drop down menu
for CATEGORY was empty.  I am confident that the menu list was filled with
an options list on my previous PC installation.

Where does this CATEGORY list come from.  I don't see it in the WL INI file.
