The NAPQ tests just scream SO2R, but I've never done it with RTTY.  So, I was convinced this was the time to do it.  I ordered an Edgeport USB/Serial box, which arrived last week, and tried to get my laptop up as the second computer on Saturday morning.  What a mistake.
The computer recognized the Edgeport but I couldn't get the serial ports to talk to the second FT-1000MP, either FSK or the radio.  Switched from my Windows 7 laptop to my XP laptop and same thing.
Five minutes before the start of the contest, I decided to just do SO1R.  Started the contest and no RTTY.  Grrrrr!  Spent 25 minutes trying to find the problem and then realized that in all of my Edgeport troubleshooting I had plugged a serial cable into the wrong port on my home made 2-radio FSK adapter.  Got on the air at about 1825 and realized (near the end of the contest) that I should have waited until 1831 and taken that first half hour as an official break.
So....no SO2R plus I really missed out on juicy 10 M mults in the first half hour and the same on 80 in the last half hour (when I realized I had to shut down).  80 was hopping and I wanted to at least break 500 Q's.
Sorry I let you down, Team 1 but I guarantee that my NAQP RTTY scores will be far better in the future because I WILL be SO2R.
