Slightly off topic but still Ham related.
>From the ARRL it does not appear to cause interference to ham radio:

Others have reported different:

amp-T-U-Verse
Personal experience found that ham radio and Uverse don't mix at my QTH:
Over the last 10 years I have slowly gotten back into Ham Radio. When
we first moved into our current residence we had Uverse and I loved it.
It worked flawlessly until I purchased an SB-200. I quickly found that
transmitting more than 200W on 80M & 40M would lock up the TV. In other
words I am find but the XYL and teen harmonic were not. I quickly found
that the Uverse tech support written script has no way of dealing with
this. After searching the internet I found many others with the same
issue. I was never able to get Uverse to send a tech to diagnose or
correct the problem. My last call to tech support was the proverbial
straw that broke the camel's back when I was told I needed to hire an
electrician to fix what appears to be their design problem.
We transitioned over to the local cable provider and have had no problem
since.
If Uverse were willing or able to fix my problem I would go back to them
but right now I am not willing to invest more time as we have a working
solution.

Subject: [NCDXC Chat] RFI Interference and AT&T U-Verse
I'm thinking of upgrading my current AT&T DSL internet service to either
AT&T U-Verse or switching to Comcast.
Some time ago there was a short discussion about potential RFI problems
with AT&T's high speed internet service.
Anyone out there currently using U-Verse? Your experience?
Offline responses, please, to keep down the bandwidth.
Thank you.

John, K6MM
