[Mldxcc] Video for meeting

I would recommend the 3D2C video by K9JM.  It isn't in the NCDXF library
that I know of.
I think no one has seen this one except for Jim and me .. and maybe a
couple of others.  It's a little long, but well worth it.
I'll bring a couple of copies to the NCCC meeting in Livermore tonight and
hand off to someone.
