[Mldxcc] CQP Log Submission

  It is now a week since the CQP contest.  
 
  We have 32 scores posted to the club web site.  Good!!
 
  Of those 25 scores have been submitted to the CQP web site.  Very Good!!!
 
  The 7 scores that have not yet been submitted total 1,020,744 points.  Bad!!!!!!!!!!!
 
  I am also aware of some club members who worked the CQP and not posted a score.  Awful!!!!!!
