[Mldxcc] RTTY contest this weekend

If you are looking to get your station up on RTTY or just shake things out
in general before the WWs and the SSs, the JARTS (Japan) RTTY contest is
this weekend. There is actually a LOT of activity in this one because
everyone works everyone.

but in a nutshell:

- operate up to the full 48 hours, usual start time of 0000z Saturday

- exchange is RST and "operator age"

- mults are DXCC and also JA/W/VE/VK call areas, per band

- 2 points/Q for same continent and 3 points/Q for different continent
