[Mldxcc] Ontario QP - VE3OSZ Comment

K6LRN should be credited for planting the seed for getting many of the NorCal hams on the air for the Ontario QSO Party.  This was all done as a way of thanking our VE3/VA3 friends for their participation in CQP.  

The comment from VE3OSZ says it all:

My score would have been much smaller had it not been for the efforts of the
three California clubs. I had 55 CA QSOs on all bands from 160 to 10 except,
surprisingly, for 80. Five CAs were worked on 160 including three (W6DR, W6YX
and K6MMM) who were worked on 5 bands. 

Thanks to the three CA clubs for their contribution to the OQP.
