I wasn't suggesting that either.
It would be NCCC teams organized around geographies, e.g. the Foothills, which also happen to be mostly MLDXCC members.

But I don't think Dick intended that MLDXCC would form separate teams, but rather that we would cull teams out of the already prepared list of NCCC teams.
