Thinking about a new monitor? Might be of interest to the whole club, so
I'll reply to the list.  Good deal at Fry's right now: 24 inch LED 1080p

Last fall I went to Fry's looking for a big cheap monitor for ham radio and
CAD drawing. I had low expectations but when I plugged it in I was
pleasantly surprised to see bright, sharp images and good colors.  Really
nice to have real estate in a contest to spread out multiple logging and
cluster windows. These monitors are cheap because they are bare bone -- no
HDMI, no USB, no speakers. DVI or VGA input only. PC video card needs to
support 1920x1080.   Jim K6OK
