[Mldxcc] Help with QSL Request from EU?

Hi all,

Might anyone know if K6O was active from ELDO county in 2007?  I received
an e-mail from a Czech Repub ham who's looking for a QSL card:

you are QSL manager for K6O station. I made this QSO with K6O:
Sep 18th  2007  13:46 UTC   CW   14 MHz.
I would like to get USA county award 1500, for this award
I have only 1035 QSLs .
K6O was from CA/El Dorado County - I have no QSL from this
county. I sent my QSL via buro in October 2007,  but I did not
get K6O QSL yet.
I have big request to you - can you send me K6O QSL ???
