Comments:

The fact 40 produced more than 15 from the west coast tells the story of how odd
the propagation was. JA opening was strong for only a couple hours. Phone
activity was anchored by the HQ stations. DX highlight was working a very loud
V55HQ on 40 at 18:00 local - 2 1/2 hours before sunset! 
Did not track the 1x1 WRTC stations but hope I worked them all!
