[Mldxcc] IDXC 2015 Hotel Reservations Open Tomorrow At 10:00 AM

Which is better, online or phone registration?  I understand
how queueing works on the phone, but I don't understand
how it works online.  What if hundreds of people click
"Go" at exactly 10AM?  How does the system select the
"winners"?
