[Mldxcc] large messages on the reflector

hi all - I am sitting on a somewhat large email from a MLDXCC member that
the reflector software trapped because it was bigger than the arbitrary
limit I have set for it.

I realized that in this world of generally available broadband that maybe
it was time to re-evaluate this arbitrary limit.

Rather than clutter up the reflector with a discussion, please email me
your estimation of what constitutes a "too large email" - especially if you
have sucky foothills internet - and I will try to pick a better limit.
