[Mldxcc] Triple Play Wallpaper

I think the toughest to work was Nebraska on CW and the toughest to get confirmed on LoTW were Maine on digital and RI on SSB.

I worked both of them and then waited for the LoTW confirmations.  When I got down to the last couple I started checking and found out that the Maine contact was listed as LoTW but he only sends in his log for DX contacts, not domestic - go figure.  Only thing I can figure out is he doesn't log domestic contacts at all.

When I got down to just the RI SSB contact I worked W1XX in the NEQP and since he was listed as LoTW I figured I was gold!  Wrong!  In checking I found out I had worked him a year ago but he only sends in LoTW domestic contacts that ask for them!   What's with these New Englanders?  

Anyway, for the Maine digital contact I ran across WA2HIP  ( my hero) on PSK and he confirmed in about 12 hours and when I worked W1XX (RI) the second time I sent him an email asking for the confirmation and in a couple of weeks it came through for the last one.

Brings up an interesting situation that I have never run across DX'ing.  The logging programs and databases may show someone on LoTW but is he a serious LoTW user or just someone that has sent a log in sporadically for the contacts of his choice?

I guess unless you are trying to get confirmations for domestic contacts it's a moot point!
