Emily

I can answer your questions statistically from my records

You have 35,823 QSO records
You have 17,934 QSL records

or nearly exactly 50%

Your best bet is a combination of LOTW and sending hard cards.

Also you can use a dx cluster program like Spot collector that will identify LOTW users and you can target them specifically,

Also work as many international DX contests as you can.

Subject: [Mldxcc] DXCC Questions

This is really my first serious year on the air and when I started in
April I set a goal to contact 100 countries in the first year. I've made
my goal (currently 109!) and I have 50 confirmed using LOTW... My
questions are:

1) Is this a good percentage?

2) Is LOTW rendering QSL cards and bureaus obsolete or should I have
some printed out and update my bureau postage?

Cheers,

Emily
