Hello MLDXCC'ers,
This weekend is the Sweepstakes CW contest.  Two weeks after that is SS Phone.
Sweepstakes is a NCCC focus contest and I hope that our club does our part to show NCCC what we can do to support the big club.  If you're a NCCC member, be sure to note Northern California Contest Club as the club affiliation on your Cabrillo log.  It might be nice to say something simple in your comments noting that you're a MLDXCC member, just to let NCCC know where the points are coming from.
The NCCC "Members Only" page has a wealth of information on Sweepstakes.  This includes a very complete and still quite relevant 2007 Sweepstakes Handbook.  There are also up-to-date propagation predictions from N6BV.
There is also a 2013 pre-fill file.  I may create my own pre-fill file, but I strongly recommend using pre-fill, as long as you are very careful how you use it.
