I guess NCJ had some server issues - I got this explanation today

Yes we have the original submission. Here is explanation of what is 
going on:

We had some server problems during the log receiving period and some 
accompanying log transfer issues. Unfortunately it wasn't until I was 
reviewing the preliminary results that I discovered several calls not 
showing up in the results. This was due to their log not getting 
transfered to the log checkers. To correct this I had the people in 
charge of the log receiving robot resend a bunch of logs to the log 
checkers.

Your log was received during the time period when we had the file 
transfer issues. As a precaution every log received during this period 
was transferred again to the log checkers. Unfortunately this has 
triggers the new confirmation email. We still have a few problems we are 
trying to fix. You may receive additional messages as we fix these, just 
file it with your other log confirmation emails.
