[Mldxcc] Sweepstakes Club Competition

Do we know exactly how many logs we have?
For Affiliated Club Competition, there needs to be a list of eligible
participants sent to ARRL with notification of class...local, medium
or unlimited. So far, it appears we will be in medium class.
This is why we need to know!
