[Mldxcc] [NCCC] Tower

My Glen Martin tower has a Hazer that regularly binds at
a spot where the tower has a slight bend in it.  I can
fix this every time by grabbing one of the guy wires
and wiggling it.  If you attach ropes, you should be
able to do what I do.
