[Mldxcc] HQ notification

As I said over the weekend...I would call ARRL HQ on Monday
to make sure our list of participants was received.
I was doubtful as I did not receive my cc: or ack that email had
been received.
Called HQ # for Contest Chair. VM says position is currently
not filled & several other staff members are 'filling in'. Leave
message at 'contest at arrl.org' or a VM which is checked at
least once a day. Did so.
Also resending email list.
