[Mldxcc] P5 Yes! DPRK activated!

In case you didn't see the spots, P5/3Z9DX was on the air yesterday for 
about 90 minutes around 00Z  (I missed it of course) on 21.222. It was 
not a slim, but it was at the close of the US propagation. It was not a 
strong signal and he reported an S9 noise level.

I've not seen spots today, but I'm watching carefully.

Good hunting, this one will be a mess and challenging to get through.  
Dom is limited to 100 watts, sideband only and meager antennas.
