[Mldxcc] [NCCC] Fw: [WriteLog] RTTY Roundup prefill file

[Ed Muns]

Several people have emailed me directly for the file.  Maybe you could put
it on the NCCC website or somewhere where people can download.  Also, the
N1MM version done by N6IE.
