[Mldxcc] gentle reminder about the MLDXCC reflector

The MLDXCC email reflector will always hold up any email sent to it in a
BCC. That means I have to approve it. I try to get to them quickly but
sometimes I don't see the alert right away.

For best results please always put the "mldxcc at contesting.com" address in
the To: line.
