[Mldxcc] CW op TI9/RA9USU

The CW operator on TI9, Cocos Island, TI9/RA9USU is one of the best I've
heard on the air.  RA9USU is Dmitri Zhikharev and his ability to pick out a
single callsign in a pileup--in the length of time it takes to send your
call once--is amazing.


I thought his call looked familiar and sure enough, Paul, N6PSE, has an
interview with Dimitri posted his web site.

Even if you don't need the band/mode being spotted tune him in and listen to
him work the pile up.  It is magic.  Dimitri's style is to move very, very,
slowly in one direction, either up or down.  Dimitri works a lot of callers
very near the same frequency and appears to be separating them by only 10s
of Hertz.  TI9/RA9USU has been on strong and workable on 10 MHz sometime
between 5 and 7 PM local time the last few nights.
