[Mldxcc] Canada Day - Pizza Anyone

Emi,

It shouldn't be ANY 2 topping pizza for Canada Day.  Based on British
occupation, especially on the west coast, the toppings should be Canadian
Bacon and Salmon​ (preferably smoked...mmm, like candy) or Canadian Bacon
and Peas, eh.
