[Mldxcc] 3G0ZC 7.025 up and NOT EU only

If you want/need Robinson Crusoe Island (the new name for Juan Fernandez 
Island), 3G0ZC is working a LOT of folks on 7.025 instead of just EU 
only.  I just got them up about 3 ish KHz. for band 7 (an even dozen 
band slots).  Not terribly rare but still (frustrating and) fun to snag.

Tomorrow (almost today) is the last day for this team.
