[Mldxcc] Eritrea is possible...

After carefully using the K6TU widget, plus VOAProp and HamCap , it 
appeared that I have little chance of getting Eritrea this weekend.

But since I just added 3B9FR (Rodriguez) as an ATNO, with EU on 10, 
Asia/AF on 12 & 15...  there is a sense of hope.

I also added Crete (ATNO for me) on RTTY on ten meters, which hasn't 
been available this early in the day for months...  Extra rays of hope...
