[Mldxcc] CQP Prefill File (Writelog)

I built a CQP prefill file for Writelog.  If anyone wants a copy, let me know but use at your own risk.  It seems to work fine with the test calls I used.
I took the best NAQP file I could find, which is a combination of all NAQP calls in CW/SSB/RTTY.  I deleted all CA stations from the NAQP file and I combined it with the file that was recently released for out-or-state users which lists the CA stations and their counties..  As a nice side benefit, since the file is based around a NAQP file, out-of-state operator names will show up in the Supercheck Partial window.
As is always a case, if you use prefill, double check the exchange.  QTH's change....
