[Mldxcc] Need help submitting CQP log

Hello Everyone, 

I'm not sure which way to submit my log.  

On Saturday, Oct 3rd I worked Glenn County as a C.C.E. (California County Expedition). 

On Sunday, Oct 4th, I worked Sacramento County (fixed from my QTH)

Both as SO/LP

I logged both days with N3FJP software as a continuous  log (all contacts are in one file)

As a CCE in Glenn County, I made 188 contacts and 50 contacts from my QTH in Sacramento.

If I can split the log (not sure how), then could I submit two logs; one as CCE and the other as fixed station?

Advice welcomed!
