 Third year operating CQP, best score yet!! Worked St Helena Island
for a CQP
 contact!
 IMHO the bands were so-so. At times they'd started out great only to
have them
 fade quickly. Ten meters was a big disappointment! Heard the East
Coast
 "10 meter beacon" S9, but wasted an hour hoping more contacts would
 show up. 
 Built an new 80 meter dipole at first light on Saturday morning; best
80 dipole
 to date for performance. Receives one to two S-units better than my
80 double
 bazooka at the same mounting height!(73 ft) Antenna and tower work
really paid
 off. JK Antennas on the LM-470 are the BOMB!
