CA-12 Scheduled for Full 55-Hour Closure in Sacramento / San Joaquin 
Counties


Friday, October 30th at 10:00 pm continuous through Monday, November 
2nd, at 5:00 am, Caltrans will close east and westbound CA-12, between 
CA-160 in Sacramento County and I-5 in San Joaquin County, to perform 
repairs on the Mokelumne River Bridge. Detours will be available. 
Motorists should consider using I-80 and I-5 as alternate routes and 
should allow additional travel time due to the detours. Current truck 
restrictions will be enforced. Motorists are advised to expect delays 
and to use alternate routes during this weekend long closure.
